Jobber Payments is a fully integrated payment processing platform that allows managing client card information, payments, and deposits. It offers a convenient payments option for clients to make online payments through the client hub. Both the service provider and clients can securely save credit cards on file. These can be charged as needed or set up to bill automatically on a recurring basis.
Jobber Payments can process all major debit and credit cards. As long as it has a Visa, Mastercard, AmEx, or Discover logo on it, the card can be accepted. When paying through the client hub, clients can also choose to pay their invoice with Apple Pay or Google Pay. The minimum payment with Jobber Payments is $0.50.
There are two payment options through Jobber Payments: Card payments (such as credit and debit) and ACH bank payments. The latter is available in the US only. The fees paid per card payment transaction are determined by the Jobber subscription plan.
Clients can save their own cards in the client hub. They can enter their card or bank details to save a payment method for future use. Clients can also manage their saved payment methods from their Wallet. To add a payment method, they'll need to click + Add Payment Method. If they are adding more than one payment method, they can also check a box to indicate which one is the default payment method.
All payment methods added for a client will appear in the wallet section, including those that were added manually and those that were added by the client. The default card is indicated by a Default label as well as a star.

Jobber Return Policy?
Jobber Payments Refunds are processed for an invoice or a deposit paid through Jobber Payments. The refunds take approximately 5-10 business days to process and the funds are returned back to the same card that was originally charged.
To issue a refund, locate the payment or deposit that needs to be refunded. This can be found either from the client's billing history box located on the client's profile or from the paid invoice where the payment appears below the invoice total. Once the payment or deposit is located, click to open the payment details. From the pop-up, select the Issue a refund button.
If the Jobber Payments balance is below -$1,000, the option to refund the payment will be temporarily disabled until the balance is positive. Before the refund is issued, confirmation of the refund is required. If a copy of the refund receipt is to be emailed to the client, leave the box checked for Send email receipt.
Next, select if issuing a full refund, or another amount. To return the full payment amount to the client, select Full refund. If wishing to issue a partial refund, select Other amount and then enter the amount to be refunded. Once the selection is made, click Next.
The refund will take 5-10 business days to process. Once the refund is issued, it cannot be canceled. To email the client a receipt for the refund, check the box for Send email receipt. Payments that were refunded will update in the billing history box to show a label for "Refunded" or "Partially Refunded" depending on which option was selected. The billing history box will display the refund amount as well the account balance.
To cancel a subscription from Jobber.com, click the Gear Icon in the top right and select Account and Billing.
